Another busy morning here at the NICU! You had another hearing test today. You passed your left ear test yesterday, but not your right. So today, you had another and passed your right too! You can hear with both ears! Yeah!
The hospital offers Music Therapy on Tuesdays from 10a-12p. Jay is a volunteer from the Make Them Smile Program and came to sing to you. You loved the sound of music from his acoustic guitar. He sang Lego House by Ed Sheeran -- such a beautiful song and it had Mommy in tears!
Mommy loves singing to you all day too. Some of our favorite songs are the ones Lola sings to your big brother, especially Que Sera Sera. Whatever will be, will be Maverick. And we love you so. XOXO.
PS - Mommy met your Aunties and Uncles for dinner for the most delicious Korean Yakiniku at their favorite spot, Millions Restaurant! It was amazingggg and Mommy had such a nice time with them, as always!
Ohhhhh, these blogs are getting more BEAUTIFUL by the day! Little Maverick - you are doing so great and accomplishing so much and your Mommy sounds so positive! What a joy to read, see, and feel the joy of how you are growing and coming thru these tremendous challenges! Go, Maverick, GO! You are sooooooo AMAZING! And so loved, Little One! So, so very loved!
